My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were surprisingly big with a beautiful en suite, but some aspects like the strange bath/shower combination led to water getting everywhere. The hotel was just what I wanted in Vienna, ready after we arrived at 9:30 am to drop our suitcases off. The rooms were still very nice, although with windows overlooking the drain pipes and AC pipes. The service was excellent and extremely courteous at all times, offering friendly and very helpful assistance with directions, restaurant suggestions, and contacting tour companies. The location was exceptional, ideal for all around the city center and easy access to transport, with a small bar area upstairs by the breakfast room. The dining experience was one of the best in Europe with superb options and a lot of delicious food. The facilities were great too, offering home-made Majorcan products.
